Surfing Ruggles – Hand-Coated Aluminum Print

Produced in his Newport studio, Nesbitt’s hand-coated aluminum prints are each unique. While the process can be repeated in a variety of sizes each one is slightly different. The base coat is applied with a brush, giving each piece a distinct appearance – and showing clear evidence of the hand of the artist, an unusual feat for a photograph.

Each piece comes with a 3/4″ block mounted to the back for easy hanging.
