Shipping Information

All items available at blinkgalleryusa.com can be shipped to all destinations within the continental United States. International shipping is available, but not from the website, you must contact our customer service team (contact@blinkgalleryusa.com) to complete your transaction with an accurate shipping price.

In-stock items* are shipped within two business days. All customized items (framed prints, canvas wraps) may take an additional five to seven business days.

*Photoblocks may be listed as in stock while they are in production. Occasionally it may take up to five business days to ship photoblocks that are in production like this. Please know that you can always call or email if you have time constraints on your order.

Orders are shipped via US Postal Service or FedEx Home/Ground delivery. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with tracking information once the parcel has shipped. You may choose to pick up your order for no charge at our retail location at 89 Thames St, Newport RI. Customers will be notified by email or phone when their order is ready in the store. Local delivery is offered based on zip code. Please contact us if you’d like us to deliver outside of the listed area.

Returns

All items in perfect, sales ready condition may be returned with an original receipt within 30 days of purchase. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns to cover handling and card fees. If there is any evidence of damage the item will not be accepted for return.

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange your perfect, sales ready condition item(s) for ones of equal value at the time of exchange.
